HR Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (£23,000 - £25,000 pro rata)

Our client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR, working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain employee records within the HR database.
* Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
* Organise HR documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Assist with on boarding new employees, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
* Work closely with the HR team on additional projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience) is beneficial.
2. Previous experience in HR or an administrative role is an advantage.
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Docusign.
