The Opportunity:
Eviden is seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team supporting Boeing Defence UK Limited. This hybrid role combines support and development responsibilities for a custom Warehouse Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide senior-level support for a custom Warehouse Management System.
2. Collaborate with system administrators to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
3. Develop minor system enhancements as required.
4. Rebuild and deliver source code to a third party annually.
5. Research and address Critical Vulnerabilities & Exposures (CVEs) identified by security software.
6. Participate in periodic technical refresh projects.
7. Conduct weekly on-site visits at Donnington, Telford.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in VB.net, ASP.net, and T-SQL.
2. Experience with Windows Server 2019.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Note: this role requires candidates to be security clearance eligible at SC level, requiring 5 years of UK residency.
