We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Physical Development and Education Teacher to join the team.
Overview of the role
You’ll be responsible for teaching students from various ages and abilities, leading on the PE/Physical Development Curriculum and planning and delivering whole school events such as sports days.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience of leading physical development activities for pupils with profound, complex and severe needs
* The ability to move physiotherapy equipment with appropriate training and guidance from specialists
* The ability to support students aged from 11-19 in moving and handling and personal care
* To be able to apply specialist skills to supporting in meeting the need of complex SEND
