· Execution of defined recruitment strategy to meet current & future hiring needs.
· Proactively sourcing both active and passive candidates, taking personal responsibility for the identification and sourcing of experienced level recruitment professionals.
· Proactively sourcing trainee candidates
· Developing and maintaining relationship with ‘donor’ university for our trainee programme
· Conducting telephone, video and Face to face interviews with candidates to assess suitability to roles using our defined competency-based interview framework
· Effective onboarding of new employees.
· Promoting the Internal Referrals policy to gain referrals from the business.
· Build excellent relationships with stakeholders, working with them to achieve their hiring goals.
· Talent pool candidates for future hiring.
· Analysis and reporting.
· Create monthly updates for the UK Board.
· Management of relationships with Rec2Recs.
· Hold retrospective when candidates leave within their first 6 months to improve retention.
· Recognised Company Brand Ambassador
· Liaising with Marketing for the promotion of our company Brand
Requirements
Proven experience of hiring high calibre Recruitment Sales Professionals from Trainee to Director level within a Recruitment Business
Demonstrable leadership experience within a Recruitment Business environment, would be highly advantageous but is not essential
