Job Title: Account Executive – B2B SaaS Sales - SME
We're currently partnering with a rapidly growing company, seeking a Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team. In this role, you will drive business development, generate new opportunities, and foster key relationships with stakeholders across industries. You will be selling to the SME market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing contacts - with SME clients
* Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demos to contract negotiations and closing deals.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve sales targets.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives and department heads.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strategically position our solutions.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in B2B SaaS or software sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and close high-value deals, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals effectively.
* Comfortable discussing technical solutions and understanding customer pain points.
* Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and pipelines.
