JOB DESCRIPTION
About The Team:
The ER Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the wider Employee Relations team. They will be providing efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth case management, and contributing to the effective operation of the team. Working closely with ER Executives (Advisors) and the ER Manager, the ER Coordinator helps to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and support compliance with policies and employment legislation
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, trackers, case files and HR databases.
2. Managing the ER email inbox daily and ensuring timely communication on behalf of the Employee Relations Team. Serving as a primary point of contact for employees and manager enquiries, concerns, and signposting relevant polices.
3. Working effectively with the ER Executives across all sites to coordinate workloads, meetings, hearings, and appeals, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance.
4. Support ER Executives in managing case logs, preparing documentation, and tracking key deadlines. Prepare and format letters, reports, and templates related to ER processes, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
5. Assist in generating reports on ER metrics and insights to support decision-making.
6. Supporting Managers with note-taking where necessary, ensuring due process and policy is being followed.
Who You Are:
7. Previous expereince in a HR role is desirable, however must have experience in a reception/administrative role
8. Basic understanding of HR practices
9. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
12. Basic understanding of HR practices and policies
