Deputy E-commerce Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy E-commerce Manager to join our growing department.
In this role you will be:
1. Working within the E-commerce team to update and refresh our online offering, presence and image.
2. Supporting the E-Commerce Manager with the continued expansion and development of current and new online platforms to create income generation.
3. Supporting the E-Commerce Manager in reporting sales, KPI’s and online traffic analysis.
4. Supporting the E-Commerce Manager with the recruitment, retainment and ongoing training of volunteers.
5. Supporting the ongoing training and development of E-Commerce assistants, alongside the E-Commerce Manager.
The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the occasional need to work a Saturday, for which a day off in lieu will be given and taken during the week leading up to it. There will also be a need to complete out of hours remote cover occasionally, for which time will be given back in lieu too.
