Project Coordinator
Location: Staverton, Devon (with travel across the South West region – flexible base location)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible start and finish times available
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a leading organisation within the landscaping and grounds maintenance sector. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys overseeing project delivery from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and administration to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors, you will help coordinate resources, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Administration: Support daily project management activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in work scheduling, coordinating teams, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
* Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and responding to queries.
* Financial & Compliance Support: Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Team Support: Work closely with project managers and operational teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, update documentation, and produce reports as required.
Requirements
* Experience in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within grounds maintenance, landscaping, or construction .
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders.
* A full, clean driving licence is preferred due to travel requirements.
