Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Product Management Graduate - 2 Year Programme (September 2025)
As a Product Graduate, your primary role is to support the Product Managers in ensuring the success of the current series vehicles during the lifecycle in all worldwide markets.
You will support, align and resolve sales and marketing product topics for the vehicle throughout the organisation. You will also create product bulletins and market intelligence within the product team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experience two three-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce.

* Product Management - support product feature content and pricing to establish a competitive product offering.
* Product Definition - support delivery of brand and customer requirements into deliverable engineering metrics.
* Product Communications - develop, distribute and present Product Bulletins.
* Market Intelligence - collate and analyse Competitor data.
* Bespoke Collection Cars - manage and deliver product feature content and pricing.
* Show cars - support for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars products.
* Model Year pricing - support the process of harmonising Model Year pricing information.
Qualifications and Experience
* Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above.
* High appreciation for the automotive and luxury industries.
* Customer Orientation.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team.
