Role Overview
In the Women, Children, Radiology and Outpatient (WCRO) Division we have an exciting secondment opportunity for a band 5 Risk and Governance Facilitator.
We are offering a six-month learning opportunity for the right person to experience a different perspective to the clinical environment.
Responsibilities
1. Investigate and manage complaints and incidents.
2. Perform risk assessments and manage the risk register.
3. Help the division meet performance KPIs for local and national governance agendas.
4. Understand how the new Patient Safety Investigation Response Framework (PSIRF) supports families in understanding NHS incident investigations.
