Repairs and Voids Manager Salary: up to £57,077 Location: East Midlands Role Overview: We are seeking a Repairs and Voids Manager to lead a team responsible for managing responsive repairs, alteration requests, formal complaints, damp and mould cases, and voids across our properties in the Midlands and East Anglia. Key Responsibilities: Oversee contractors and ensure continuous improvement. Monitor and report on performance metrics. Manage a diverse repairs team. Handle customer interactions and feedback. Ensure accurate reporting and budget management. Engage with external stakeholders. Requirements: Strong leadership and contract management experience. Competency in building pathology. Proven customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Self-starter with a proactive approach. Must have a car and business insurance. Desirable: Experience in housing or a related field.
