Liability Injury Claims Handler
As a Liability Injury Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing liability injury claims to closure, to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
You will ensure that customers, brokers, and third parties/claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies. You will enjoy utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions, and impart knowledge to others.
About you
Ideally, you will have previous experience working as a Liability Claims or General Insurance Claims Handler. However, this experience is not essential as full support and training will be available for the right candidate.
You will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work as part of a team, meet deadlines, and understand process improvements.
