Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
At Matthew Algie, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a lead generation and content strategy to boost our digital presence in the market and drive relevant B2B engagements and enquiries for our core channels, including Cafes, Convenience, Retail, Hospitality and Workplace.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a lead generation and content strategy, including pay-per-click advertising, email marketing and telemarketing strategies.
* Work with an external agency to develop and implement pay-per-click advertising on relevant channels, including Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn.
* Manage our group websites, including Matthew Algie, Smokin' Bean and Espresso Warehouse.
* Manage digital and web agencies for key digital projects within agreed budgets.
* Deliver a rich stream of blog posts and social media content.
* Manage the UK and Ireland group social media strategy in line with brand and channel strategies.
* Conduct content writing, keyword research and website optimisation in line with SEO best practices.
* Create and deliver an email marketing strategy, plus refine and grow GDPR-compliant email databases.
* Manage the Digital Marketing budget in line with the overall marketing budget and company objectives.
* Line manage the Digital Marketing Assistant.
