1. Manage the electronic risk book
2. Perform data analytics around profitability and performance of eFX business
3. Work with business and quant team to help develop new analytics tools
4. Work with trading and quant group to help generate ideas on how to increase the profitability and volumes of electronic business
5. Work with technical support to resolve any potential issues with the eFX trading platform
6. Co-ordinate and work with internal teams to onboard new clients and help implement new business initiatives
7. Serve as a liaison between the electronic FX desk and the broader FX business including sales, trading, technology, risk management groups and compliance
8. This is a very dynamic role and your responsibilities will be commensurate with experience
Job Requirements:
1. Dedicated work ethic
2. Strong team player
3. 3+ years of eFX trading experience and a strong understanding of FX market microstructure
4. Must be technical minded with a good understanding of Python programming; kdb/q experience is an asset
5. Demonstrated strong business analysis skills, problem solving skills and initiative
6. Self-starter, motivated towards improving and developing the business
7. Be available to communicate after work hours via email
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where paying attention to detail is key
10. Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
11. Some travel involved in this role (maximum 5% of time on annual basis)
