Lettings Manager (Residential Lettings) - Kinross A well-established property firm in Kinross is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager, responsible for handling landlord and tenant matters, client communication, property management, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies, and complete all legal requirements Manage the rental process from initial setup to key handover Maintain accurate administrative records and lettings documentation Handle tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates Ensure properties meet all legal compliance requirements Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and tenants Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords Oversee the tenant selection and vetting process Generate and manage lease agreements Carry out pre-tenancy preparations Work closely with other departments within the business Perform tenant check-out inspections and manage deposit returns Experience & Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management (required) ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail Confident and professional communication skills A positive approach to professional behaviour and customer service Excellent judgment in assessing potential tenants High level of integrity Full, clean UK driving licence
