As a Branch Helpdesk Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
* Support the development of effective two-way communication between support services and the branch network through effective and timely management of queries through to resolution.
* Management of the Branch Operations Helpdesk, effectively triaging queries, escalating issues and undertaking analysis of queries raised to support the development of best / improved practice.
* Support in the completion of all required business audit activity, supporting branch teams navigate processes and procedures.
* Identify trends within queries raised to support the proactive management of potential issues
* Partner with other support services to ensure queries are owned through to resolution with a customer first mindset.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong organisation and time management capabilities, effectively prioritising multiple tasks, to organise and coordinate resources on a day-to-day basis.
* Good understanding of different departments to enable smooth and efficient resolution of branch issues
* Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles
* Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
