A Junior Digital Administrator is required to join the team at a leading womenswear clothing retailer based in Leicester on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to play a key role in supporting and enhancing a variety of digital platforms across multiple markets. The successful candidate will enjoy working with cross-functional teams and contributing to new digital initiatives in a fast-paced and friendly environment. The company is an established, privately owned fashion retailer with an expanding presence in the UK, Germany, and the US. Key Responsibilities: Creating, supporting, and maintaining websites (UK, DE, US) and internal systems Maintaining and updating the image server, uploading text and product descriptions Setting up product prices, catalogues, and media within ERP systems Cropping/batch processing images for online use Liaising with external web, ERP, customer success, marketing, and graphics teams Supporting the delivery of new capabilities to internal/external digital platforms Interpreting website feedback and resolving issues with web developers Providing in-house IT support and coordinating with external IT teams for technical support Assisting with email newsletter platform management Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience with web building Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, VBA Familiarity with e-marketing platforms Excellent keyboard skills with high speed and accuracy GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines independently or in a team Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency Follows procedures while identifying areas for improvement Understands website functionality and suggests improvements Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience working on UK/DE/US websites Basic knowledge of PHP, Javascript, JQuery, SQL Benefits: Company pension Employee discount Sounds interesting?
