The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the Learning & Development department by administering and coordinating a range of training, learning and development initiatives, and providing a responsive service to our customers. The candidate will have responsibility as Personal Assistant to the Associate Director of Organisational Development & Learning. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated; customers focused and have experience as an administrator or Personal Assistant. You will have experience in supporting the delivery of development programmes by being an administrative lead for a range of initiatives. Be a competent IT user with the ability to maintain staff learning records on a training database.
