We are currently recruiting for a Painter & Decorator at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guest a luxurious stay, the hotel boasts 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation Fawsley Hall is host to one of the Midland’s best destination spas and state-of-the-art wellness and health club facilities. Its formal gardens and parkland were sculpted by the renowned architect Capability Brown in the 1760s. About the Role Responsible for delivering extremely high standards of work, within the hotel Maintenance Team, focussing on delivering high quality painting and decorating. Making our guests happy, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience. Having an extremely flexible approach and working really hard to avoid causing any disruption to our guest’s. Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team. About you: Previous and recent experience in a Maintenance role or a painting & decorating role is required. Keeping this historic Hotel looking her best and in excellent working order will be your passion and motivation. You will enjoy being responsible and taking ownership of resolving issues and working to ensure the safety and security of the Hotel and all of its guests. You will enjoy working with people and building a rapport with your colleagues. Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.
