Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Land Rover Dealership in Solihull.

We are looking for someone who can provide the very best modern luxury experience for our discerning clients and enhance what is already a very successful sales team.
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £62,500 (based upon the sale of 150 cars per year).
The hours of work are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a 1 in 3 rota.
Role And Responsibilities
1. You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed our clients’ expectations through qualification and creating amazing first impressions and wow moments through personalisation and delight.
2. Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries.
3. Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
4. Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
About You
1. This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
2. Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
3. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our clients and provide an amazing client experience.
4. Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
5. You will hold a valid UK driver's licence.
6. Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
