This includes: • Client facing • Receiving and understanding the requirements of the project • Undertaking design modelling and calculations • Energy strategies and statements for planning and ‘As Built' purposes • Liaising with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and contractors. • Providing guidance to junior engineers and CAD / Revit Technicians • Performance and emission calculations • Passive or low energy design solutions • Energy modelling and low/ zero carbon energy concepts (TAS/IES or other energy modelling software) • Overheating (Part O/ TM52/TM59) calculations and reporting. • TM54 Reports and reporting for BREEAM criteria.
