Are you an online learning developer who is passionate about enhancing training products for those who work or volunteer with children and young people? The NSPCC has an exciting opportunity for you in our dynamic Professional Learning Services department!
As Online Learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and building digital learning products on child protection and related topics for sale to external audiences/customers via the NSPCC's online learning platform.
Key responsibilities:
* Instructional design: To work with the Product Managers to develop instructionally sound, interactive and engaging digital learning products.
* Product build: To design and build each learning product in Adobe Captivate according to brand guidelines, including the page templates, graphics, interactive tasks and activities.
* Quality assurance: To support the Senior Online Learning Developer by acting as a primary source of knowledge and skills on the use of Adobe Captivate, and ways of meeting our stringent accessibility requirements.

What we're looking for:
* Substantial experience of instructional design and online learning development, including the use of authoring tools.
* Sound working knowledge of all multimedia/design tools in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Captivate.
* Experience of producing and maintaining online learning content to quality and brand standards.
* Proficiency in creating, sourcing, and editing media assets within online products such as diagrams and illustrations.
