Red Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administraitor for our client based in Kettering, Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team. Primary Responsibilities: Managing Orders Assisting Customers with Enquiries Maintaining Customer Records Process Sales Orders Check the accuracy or orders and build specifications Maintain Sales Records Compile weekly and monthly sales reports Updating customers on build/completion/handover dates Liaising with other departments including Finance/Operations/Customer Support/Marketing Researching new product lines Assisting with marketing campaigns Date validation/input on Hubspot Monday to Thursday 8-5pm Friday 8-2pm
