Responsibilities of an Aspiring SEN Teacher:
* Providing one-on-one support to students and in group sessions by following their individual targets.
* Working alongside teachers and other support staff.
* Creating a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere and environment.
* Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional regulation.
* Preparing resources and planning for sessions to deliver smooth lessons focusing on communication and life skills using applied behavioural analysis.
* Providing behavioural management support to help reduce behaviours.
* Tracking and logging pupil progress throughout the day, collaborating with the team if targets need to be adjusted.
Requirements of an Aspiring SEN Teacher:
