About the role
As Senior Creative Strategist, you're not a cog in the machine; you are the machine.
* You will lead our paid creative efforts working directly with the Head of Growth to build out the systems required to deliver a world best ad unit
* You'll resource and lead a talented and diverse creative team, and play a part in igniting a collective energy to produce content that resonates deeply, captures attention and drives meaningful growth for the business whose mission it is to make sustainable luxury available to all.
* You will own all content for paid media, supporting mid 7-figures of annual ad spend
* You will work with the Head of Growth to ensure data and insights are shared with the creative strategists in the most efficient way. Your role is crucial in translating data and insight into tangible, impactful ads - from inception through to final delivery
* You understand what it takes to succeed in the attention economy, and thrive in fast-paced environment
* Your day-to-day will involve generating captivating ideas, overseeing projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery, working with our creative team and our various creators to analyse content performance to inform future creations.
* Your mission is to bridge the gap between analytics, creative ideation, and strategic execution
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Synthesis: Partner with our analytics team to gather, interpret, and leverage insights on an ongoing basis to form the basis of the ads we’ll produce.
* Market Research: Conduct continuous market research using tools like Foreplay and Meta Ad Library to harness fresh and compelling ad inspirations. On the constant look out for new formats, hooks, scripts and angles.
* Brief Construction: Craft detailed, hypothesis-led briefs, spearhead brainstorming sessions, and coordinate with creators to estimate project scopes.
* Project Orchestration: Oversee the creative journey, from coordinating with our core creative team to the timely and precise delivery of content, all within the scope of weekly, monthly or fortnightly content sprints.
* Recruit and manage creative resources: Creative strategists, vide editors, videographers, graphic and motion designers.
* Recruit and manage creators: Recruiting on brand creators and developing relationships with them is key to success.
Requirements
What Sets You Apart:
* 4+ years of creative experience (ideally with experience in both creative strategy and creative operations)
* 2+ years experience in performance marketing - you should be comfortable with diving into Meta, GA and Triple Whale to collect data and turn it into insight. Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
* ‘Start up mentality’ - happy to work as part of a small, agile team and take a proactive, problem-solving approach.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams towards a unified creative vision.
* Exceptional communication skills for team collaboration.
* An ability to combine an understanding of creative production and analytics.
* A commitment to staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
