Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales and operational teams to analyse performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain robust margin analysis to ensure profitability across product lines and customer segments. Provide financial modelling and forecasting to inform pricing strategies and sales initiatives. Prepare and present monthly management accounts, highlighting key financial performance metrics. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and drive opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement. Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. Support the implementation of financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the wholesale, retail, or FMCG sectors. Strong expertise in sales and margin analysis, with a track record of driving profitability. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to driving business improvements.
