About This Role
This role is part of our NSS Maintenance division, working on reactive and planned maintenance jobs at heights safely every day.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of cladding, commercial, traditional, and industrial roofing systems
* Guttering repairs and replacement
* Working away with flexibility as required
* Collaborating with teams to complete tasks efficiently
* Conducting dynamic risk assessments and preparing reports
* Utilizing portable devices to identify and rectify issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess relevant skills and qualifications, including:
* IPAF certification
* CSCS labourer or skilled worker qualification
* PASMA certification
* Valid driving license
* First aid training
* NVQ in slating and tiling/sheeting and cladding
A willingness to learn new skills and good communication/customer service skills are also essential.
