Are you an experienced HR Rewards Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading Automotive company, is seeking a talented individual to join their HR team on a temporary basis for 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising reward processes and systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.
As an HR Rewards Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of best practise processes, procedures, and system management. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and execution of annual performance-related pay processes, ensuring transparency, equity, and alignment with business objectives.
Operating the OMK Promotion Round, following internal guidelines and conducting thorough analysis.
Conducting comprehensive compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and market alignment of salary bands.
Managing reward-related data, compliance, and systems, including serving as the owner of the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of pay and bonus-related matters, including collective bargaining, adhoc pay increases, and gender and BAME pay gap reporting.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and Group, to ensure seamless coordination and accurate data analysis.To succeed in this role, you should have specialist expertise in reward management and possess advanced analytical skills. You should be able to simplify complex data for effective communication and demonstrate a colleague-focused approach. Strong organisation and planning abilities, as well as previous experience with HR IT systems such as SuccessFactors, are also required.
