Outside Sales Representative

Job Description
Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Outside Sales Representative develops profitable sales and ensures that customers' expectations are consistently met, maximizing our market share.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop account strategies that satisfy the Business Centre sales objectives;
2. Develop profitable incremental sales to new and existing accounts;
3. Coordinate the sales and customer service efforts with Inside Sales and Purchasing;
4. Support the inside salespeople and quotation specialists to foster excellent customer service, operational efficiency and account profitability;
5. Ensure in-depth and current knowledge of customers, as well as strengths and weaknesses of competitors;
6. Develop and maintains long-term relationships with his customers and vendor representatives;
7. Develops solutions to address customer issues;
8. Provides accurate market intelligence to the Business Centre Manager and other members of the sales team;
9. Maintains his technical knowledge up-to-date on various product lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
10. Demonstrated sales ability;
11. Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken;
12. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
13. Product knowledge;
14. Must be customer service driven and results oriented;
15. Computer experience an asset.
