Establishing and managing executive relationships and maximizing penetration of iPipeline products to the above market segments, contributing significantly to the ambition to growiPipeline as the leader in our target markets. To achieve annual quotas for all relevant iPipeline product lines particularly focused on financial services and insurance Responsible for generating growth across the portal market, including product add-on sales and generating new logo sales Undertake and be accountable for lead generation activities which drive penetration of target organisations Accurately assess and qualify opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource is expended effectively. Be accountable for the alignment and execution of the Portal sales strategy, as part of the wider business plan and global strategy Ability to communicate complex ideas, problems and solutions. Manage pre-sales resources and input to create collateral to justify investment in iPipeline products and services. Engage and work confidently with “C” level executives to progress sales opportunities. Proactive management of key stakeholders in allocated accounts Produce accurate reporting and forecasts to support the sales process and plan To act as a professional ambassador for iPipeline communicating company ethos to prospects and the wider industry Work closely with the Product Team to help establish roadmaps and requirements. Work closely with Product and Marketing Teams to establish marketing and go to market strategies Attend and where appropriate speak at industry events and seminars. Demonstrable experience of sales within financial services Proven track record of new sales Excellent negotiation skills Proven ability to influence and develop relationships with senior executives. Must have in depth knowledge of Life, Pensions and Investments industry including technology and ideally policy administration systems and e-signature. Understanding of consultative selling techniques and demonstrate the ability to work with colleagues in the client’s buyer network to craft solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation, displaying tact and diplomacy. Self-starter, highly motivated and driven to succeed. Ability to work as a bid leader and team member, to lead, motivate and encourage colleagues to deliver winning proposals. Willing to travel extensively within the UK
