Team Leader - Checkouts
Full time or Part time/Jobshare - up to 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
Weekend availability required on a rota basis
£25,378.08 - £27,766.83 (pro rata)

1. Motivating, developing, and supporting every member of your checkouts team.
2. Managing resources and leading by example in safety and customer service.
3. Finding and taking opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
Required skills & experience
1. Retail experience with a strong ability to motivate people.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
3. Positive and curious attitude with ideas for improving customer and colleague experience.
4. Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working.
5. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
