Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record in managing a significant annual spend, strong SLA (Service Level Agreement) experience, and expertise in procurement planning, stock management, and supplier performance. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to drive efficiencies, streamline operations, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Procurement Planning: The supply chain manager will develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, products, and services.\n * \n Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, optimize stock replenishment, and ensure alignment with operational needs while minimizing excess stock.\n * \n New Product Development: The supply chain manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage supply chain processes for new product introductions, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to market.\n * \n Supplier Performance & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and ensure optimal performance through SLAs and KPIs.\n * \n Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for supply chain optimization, including cost reductions, process improvements, and risk management.\n * \n Team Management: As the supply chain manager you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
