Role: Office Manager Salary: £35K - £45K p.a Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 per week Description: Oversee and manage the performance of administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Support the organisation's HR and Finance functions, including maintaining personnel records, processing holiday approvals, assisting with recruitment, and managing invoices and accounts. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies across the business, proactively addressing any non-conformances and promoting a culture of safety. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing prompt and effective solutions while coordinating with relevant departments as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person, maintaining a positive and professional interaction at all times. Drive sales by identifying opportunities to upsell the company's services to both new and existing clients. Experience: Previous experience in a similar Office Management role/environment is essential to be considered.
