About the job
Acuigen provide customer and client feedback services to blue chip companies and international professional services firms. We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, empathetic and engaging team member to join our Client Services Team.
Our aim is to retain and grow existing clients by providing first class research services and excellent customer service. We only want delighted clients.
Based in our offices in Cranfield, you will be involved in a variety of ad-hoc and tracking projects for our international professional services clients.
Key duties
* Effectively manage and maintain the quality of our client projects
* Design projects, including questionnaire design, topic guides and our online analysis portals
* Design and create professional reports for our clients
* Undertake high-quality, in-depth client experience review interviews
* Provide support to clients in the use of our CustomServe online reporting tools

Who are we looking for?
We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills:
* A dedication to providing excellent customer service, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Be responsible for coordination of research team diaries, and scheduling telephone appointments
* Ensure all services for each project are delivered within the company’s time, cost and quality KPIs, and document project deliverables accurately
* Coordinate and assist with the training of a small team of fieldwork interviewers and undertake client feedback interviews
* Highly organised with great administrative, numeracy and logic skills
* Be detail focussed with a high standard of business level English (spelling and grammar), both written and spoken
* Have an ability to proof read accurately
* An ability to prioritise to achieve deadlines in a busy, fast paced environment
* An ability to understand and conform to ISO 27001; 25252 and 9001 (training will be given)
* A helpful, warm, and charismatic personality – must enjoy talking to clients and forming good relationships with them
* Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
* Flexible and agile in your approach to work
* Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills (Database skills desirable)
