As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to fee earners, ensuring smooth operations within the Commercial Property team and excellent client service.
You will be responsible for:
*Supporting the commercial property fee earners with administrative tasks relating to property sales and purchases
*Managing client onboarding, opening and closing files as required
*Liaising with clients, addressing and resolving their queries effectively
*Delivering exceptional service to clients
*Assisting firm solicitors with any queries, providing clarity when needed
What we are looking for:
*Previously worked as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
*Experience working in a law firm.
*Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Enhanced DBS check.
