Job Title: Helpdesk Advisor (Hungarian & Lithuanian Speakers)
Location: Peterborough
Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Temporary (6+ months)
Salary: £13.33 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are currently looking for multiple Helpdesk Advisors to support customers with a range of electronic products, to provide advice and support with software and hardware issues. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and assisting customers with technical issues in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Take customer calls, respond to emails, and assist via the company chat function regarding issues with electronic products.
* Accurately document customer queries and troubleshoot problems over the phone.
* Provide troubleshooting advice and step-by-step solutions to help customers resolve issues, using the troubleshooting guidance documents provided.
* If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, arrange for an engineer to attend to the problem on-site.
* Maintain full, clear and concise notes on each case for follow-up and quality assurance purposes to aid engineers before they attend to fix the problem.
