Location(s) : Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, London EP, Birmingham About the team A key element of Audit Transformation work is in reviewing how we deliver our audits, aligned to quality, commercial and people objectives through the development of our Distributed Delivery Model (DDM) The Remote Team Member is a critical strategic priority for the Audit Line of Service and a key component of the people model of the future as we prepare for Next Generation Audit. Audit Transformation continues to play an increasingly critical role in evolving how we deliver our external audit services, in response to both internal and external opportunities and challenges, in order to: Continue to enhance the quality of the work we do, Lower the cost of delivery; and Evolve the working experience of our partners and staff. Responsibilities Supporting the implementation of different change programmes and initiatives, you will collaborate with the business and key senior stakeholders, taking accountability for driving change forward. Utilising and manipulating data to inform solutions and decision making, you will shape the solutions to problems ensuring different perspectives are considered and fully ‘marketable’ to the audit practice. Planning, writing and executing the implementation plan, you will consider the appropriate communications channels/mediums to enable greater engagement and behavioural change. Writing and creating communications/content that aligns to internal brand guidelines and the visual identity of each project, you will ensuring success/engagement is measurable across all proposed solutions, and using these measures to determine implementation next steps; Essential skills and experience Proven ability to be an integral part of a high performing team within a leadership capacity Must possess a Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS Qualification ( or an internation al equivalent ).
