We are seeking an engaging and motivated professional who can connect with and inspire our team members. You will deliver high-quality, effective training that is inclusive and tailored to different learning styles. You'll be encouraged and supported to embrace new technologies and innovative training methods. We are also committed to supporting you to obtain the NRSWA (Streetworks) training accreditation, enabling you to further develop your skills and expand your training expertise. You will Facilitate training sessions and conducting assessments to ensure SSE staff possess the technical knowledge and skills needed to operate safely in challenging environments. Develop training content and sessions that align with our business needs and comply with internal and external regulations and best practices. Ensure all training materials are up to date with current rules and procedures. Provide expert advice and guidance on the implementation of industry standards and regulations. Engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and enhance training effectiveness. You have Proven experience of Mobile Plant training (NPORS or equivalent) Strong operational background with sufficient vocational experience in mobile plant and site operations, ideally in the energy or utilities sector. A teaching qualification such as Level 3 Education and Training or equivalent would be desirable. An assessor qualification would be desirable.
