Do you have a passion for social impact, community-building and events? Do you want to help shape the strategy of a fast-growing charity on a mission to end modern slavery?
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
Location: The role is based out of a shared working space in Kennington alongside the wider TRIBE team of 10. Some remote working available, required in the office 3 days per week.
Job Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a small community-driven charity, engaging thousands of everyday adventurers and athletes each year to take on a physical challenge and join the fight against modern slavery.
We are looking for a motivated and highly efficient Community & Impact Manager to help us deliver an ambitious series of community fundraising events in 2025 and beyond (including a five-day TRIBE ultramarathon across Namibia and TRIBE x Hackney Half) and support the team with marketing, partnerships and outreach activities.
As Community & Impact Manager, you will report to the TFF CEO. You will also work closely with the team at our partners at TRIBE Nutrition, as we scale up to be one of the most impactful organisations in the anti-trafficking space.
TRIBE Freedom Foundation:
TRIBE Freedom Foundation (TFF) was inspired by a 1,000-mile run in 2013 to set up the first home for trafficked children in the UK called Run for Love. Today, we work to fight modern slavery across the UK, by raising awareness, providing funding and support for frontline projects to fight modern slavery and working on projects to equip survivors with the long-term services to overcome their previous exploitation. Our work has been featured in the Times, BBC, Daily Mail and other publications. TFF works closely alongside its sister company, TRIBE, the UK’s leading plant energy brand.
