My client, an award-winning full-service law firm, is actively recruiting for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join them on a permanent basis in their Brighton office – working as their new Risk & Compliance Assistant.
The main purpose of this opportunity is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider Risk & Compliance team.
As the successful Risk & Compliance Assistant, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
* Assisting groups in developing and monitoring specific risk management plans
* Assisting with due diligence work and other risk management activities
* Assisting groups with requests for files from clients
* Working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance and the Manager to carry out internal investigations
* Assisting with the firms’ quality assurance programmes
* Assisting the AML Manager with notifications to the National Crime Agency
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
* Have experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
* Ideally, have experience within legal or compliance (or both)
* Be educated to degree level
* Have strong IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office)
* Be organised and have great attention to details
