Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Motivate and develop staff, help them perform to the best of their ability Develop and agree sales plans and budgets, both for new and existing cars, along with accessories and value added products Build on and maintain the relationship between both the Sales and After Sales journeys while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Adhere to Audit standards and requirements Cover and build a team to include Sales Executives, Sales Controller and Admin to maximise income opportunities and deliver excellent customer service Comply with all FCA guidelines and regulations The Ideal Candidate: Passion for the brand and the motor industry 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor trade Franchised car dealership experience Ability to coach the team to achieve potential as individuals as a team Full and valid UK driving licence IT literacy (essential) High level of written and verbal communication Proven track record delivering finance and insurance income within the sector We are collaborating with a prominent commercial vehicle provider in Northern Ireland to find a talented Service Advisor who will enhance their customer service team in Ballyclare. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, delivering excellent service. Manage service schedules and send timely reminders to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records. Coordinate efficient PSV appointments. Generate and distribute job cards, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing. Handle outbound sales and customer service calls to build strong relationships. Create and promote maintenance contracts to clients. Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure smooth task planning and profitability. Notify clients of additional services and provide detailed quotes for approval. Explain completed work to clients and arrange vehicle collection or delivery. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a service role within the motor trade. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Strong time management and organisational skills. A valid full UK driving license is required.
