Your core duties will include:
* Providing financial administrative support within the central financial operations team, based primarily at our Chilwell offices, with occasional school visits and opportunities for remote work.
* Assisting with operational financial administration tasks, including:
o Raising and processing purchase orders.
o Preparing supplier payments for review and authorisation.
o Maintaining Trust-wide purchase ledgers.
* Resolving finance queries efficiently for schools, central teams, and suppliers through email, MS Teams calls, or telephone.
* Supporting and training users on Trust accounting software and financial processes.
* Ensuring compliance with required guidelines, such as the Academy Trust Handbook and the Trust Financial Procedures Policy.
