Job Purpose:
To create meaningful career progression by acting as the main point of contact for developing and implementing a robust capability framework to enhance engineering capability and training of colleagues within their Asset Engineering department.
This role involves developing and managing training programs for new talent, including upskilling and reskilling initiatives, such as the creation of a Standard Transmission Engineer Competency Framework supported with development planning.
Key Accountabilities:
Promote the Capability Framework: Present updates to senior colleagues to ensure understanding, support, and buy-in.
Communicate Effectively: Deliver training information confidently through written bulletins and presentations.
Manage the Learning System: Oversee course registrations and completions to ensure timely and appropriate training.
