As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to ensure that the quality of teaching and learning is exceptional as our Pastoral and SEND Deputy Head teacher. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our senior leadership team to be strategic, innovative, and compassionate, impacting both our pupils and staff positively. You will inspire and engage our pupils, empowering them to make remarkable progress and achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate will:
1. Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
2. Have a strong knowledge of teaching and assessment in all phases of primary practice (EYFS KS2)
3. Be able to model, promote and develop high quality teaching and learning strategies across the school
4. Have a good knowledge of SEND and be able to support our SENDCo and Children & Families Officer to develop our Pastoral offer
5. Be a dynamic effective manager and inspirational leader
6. Have excellent communication skills and be able to work with all stakeholders
7. Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
