TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 2 Plus SEN Allowance Pay Band D / SCP 5-6 £24,790 to £25,183 plus SEN of £1,491 pro rata per annum (pay award pending) Actual Salary: £15,228 - £15,470 per annum Actual SEN: £915 per annum 25 hours per week, 46 weeks per year – contract subject to enhanced provision funding and needs of child remaining unchanged. Current role will start at 8:30 and finish at 2:30 The Governors of wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person to support the learning of children with special educational needs in our school. We currently have two positions, one working with a child in Y3 and one in Y5. Do you: • Have experience of working with children with SEND needs? • Have recent experience in working in KS2? • Have knowledge and recent experience of supporting pupils with the KS2 curriculum? • Currently possess First Aid qualifications or willingness to train? • Possess a warm and welcoming personality? • Have artistic flair and an enthusiastic approach? • Have high level interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills? • Have the willingness to support the continued development of this happy and successful school? • Have recent experience of Precision Teaching? • Have and understanding and/or experience of emotional coaching? • Have recent experience of delivering intervention for Maths and English in KS2?
