Supporting the Installation Manager and Design Engineering Manager for the standards and documentation required for the role, including:
1. Understanding new documentation, and delivery & distribution of relevant changes to the business.
2. Organising and hosting group training sessions.
3. Support with CS## documentation control.
4. Design engineering support.
5. Inspection testing and commissioning.
6. Supporting management of documentation.
7. Updating and providing feedback from both supporting roles.
8. Challenging information that isn't clearly conveyed in design packs.
9. Sharing and delivering new information with supporting roles for review prior to notification.
10. Supporting training programmes and requirements for the team and others to complete their jobs and tasks.
11. Supporting all testing and commissioning activity.
12. Providing support for field teams on testing and commissioning.
13. O&M handover and supporting them in their tasks.
14. Creating performance guarantee standards.
15. Reviewing client performance guarantee standards.
16. Attending sites with approval from management lines mentioned above.
17. Conducting random spot checks on designs and creating reports for review.
18. Performing random audits of design quality and information compliance with standards and documentation.
19. Attending or supporting shows and meetings to stay updated with the latest technology and industry changes.
