Role: Administrator/Document Controller Location: Bridge of Don Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £28K - £35K p/a depending on experience Duties: Ensure proper control and documentation of all incoming and outgoing documents. Create purchase orders. Prepare document control reports as needed. Keep physical copies of project certifications, such as material certifications and goods received notes. Follow the document pack delivery schedules set by the client. Enter document data into both electronic and physical systems. Comply with the HSEQ Integrated Management System. Requirements: Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Sage and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Previous experience in a similar role.
