Location: Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon.
Working Model: hybrid working - 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

The opportunity. We have a number of early careers opportunities available in our Finance team; these would be perfect for those who are keen to kickstart their career in this field, studying and developing their skill and knowledge whilst gaining experience in a role.
The role. During your time as a Finance Assistant at Ann Summers, you will have the opportunity to rotate around the various functions, and your role will adapt to reflect that. A snapshot of what to expect from these roles include:
* Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and ensure timely payments to maintain good vendor relationships.
* Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling bank statements, accounts and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
* Data Management: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records.
* Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Budgeting and forecasting: Support with creating budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
* Support: Provide support to the finance team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
* Professional Development: Work towards a professional qualification via the apprenticeship scheme with company support, enhancing your analytical and financial skills to develop your career.
