If you have experience in seamless event planning, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote exceptional customer relations by delivering outstanding service and addressing client needs professionally, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction Oversee and facilitate room setup and clearance for events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and according to plan. Lead, train and motivate event staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team Supporting and guiding staff members on the daily operations. Responsibilities include orders, training of the new staff, supporting the Hospitality Manager with stock counts and inventory management, ensuring accurate ordering and minimising waste. Provide and maintain an efficient service under all areas of your control, following company values, policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the canteen area Follow food safety procedures and guidelines REQUIREMENTS: Attention to detail, planning and a passion for customer service and team development are key to the role. Have a background with retail or contract catering as a team leader or supervisor A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks.
