What’s it all about?
As Head of Key Accounts and B2B Distribution you will lead an experienced high performing key accounts team to deepen and grow new and existing customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in defining and leading the sales strategy including scoping account development growth and coaching your team to deliver revenue against targets.
A key element of this role is redefining and enhancing the Travelodge corporate distribution strategy, knowing who to partner with and why in order to drive maximum revenue and service. As an expert in B2B digital distribution, you will work collaboratively with IT, Revenue, Marketing and Operations to improve and enhance the customer booking journey through the eyes of the customer.
This is a highly commercial and visible role, and you will own and manage the end to end RFP process and work with our Revenue Management team to ensure alignment with the overall Travelodge commercial strategy.

Who will this appeal to?
You are a credible authority within the field of sales and account management who excels in a dynamic and commercially driven environment. You have significant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of growth delivery through strategic account development in the hospitality or travel industry.
You are technically savvy with a deep understanding of the technical distribution landscape that enables you to articulate the digital customer journey in order to evolve our proposition.
You have a clear and concise communication style with the ability to translate complex topics into simple language that resonates with the business priorities alongside a strong stakeholder engagement approach, building collaborative relationships with the ability to persuade and convince.
